For abstracts, please follow the formatting guidelines below:

Abstract text (Arial 12pt regular) written here. The abstract should not exceed 1 page of A4-sized text with single line spacing and full justification just like this text. Please also include any necessary references in . We would be most grateful if you could follow these guidelines. The deadline for abstracts is July 31st, 2011. Please submit them via this conference website. Collated abstracts will be available for download prior to the meeting. Abstracts submitted in non-standard format may be returned to authors for re-formatting!  Thank you for your co-operation, Ian and John.

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. All URLs and email addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkp.sfu.ca) are activated and ready to click.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point Arial font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL/email addresses).
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
