| Accommodation Conference Venue The conference venue is located at the Highfield Campus, University of Southampton (Postcode: SO17 1BJ) that is easily reachable from city centre and well connected with public transportation. A map showing the location can be found here.
Booking through the conference organiser Participants in the conference will be able to reserve accommodation in Glen Eyre Halls (Click on this link to check the distance between the Highfield campus and the Glen Eyre Hall) at the University of Southampton via the conference organiser. It takes 10 minutes’ walk between the conference venue and the Glen Eyre Halls. Details of the Glen Eyre complex can be found here. All rooms are Ensuite. Delegate accommodation fees include bed, full English and continental breakfast. Single Occupancy Accommodation fees are £45 per night. Booking and payment is available as an option in registration process. Single Ensuite rooms - Full English and continental breakfast included. Rooms are available from Sunday 7th September to Friday 12 September 5 nights at a cost £45 per night. Early booking is highly recommended as the number of rooms is limited.
Accommodation on Friday 12th September Regrettably most of the university rooms booked through the conference will have to be vacated on Friday 12th September. We do however have a small number of rooms available on the Friday night. If you are booking University accommodation and would like to stay on the Friday night please contact gf2014@soton.ac.uk with your request and we will allocate the limited number of rooms on a first come first served basis. Those staying in Southampton on the Friday night who are not allocated one of these rooms will require alternative accommodation for one night.
